coffee enema

For organic coffee enema you need the following list of things:

Approximately 3 tablespoons of fresh ground organic coffee.
Four cups of pure water
Glass pot or enamel pot
Fine strainer
Very little amount of olive oil for lubrication purpose
Either plastic enema bag or rubber enema bag with plastic tube
Fountain syringe
Large towel
