Coffee enema is a great agent in strengthening our liver and gallbladder. It is also said that that due to kahweol and cafestol palmitate in coffee it can arouse the activity of certain enzymes. And this type of enzymes has the property to neutralize the damaging effects of free radicals on liver cells and gallbladder and also facilitates in their effective functioning.

It also facilitates in regularizing the digestion process in our body. The presence of theophylline in coffee leads to blood vessel dilation across the walls of the colon. It helps in increasing the supply of blood flow to the colon, which in turn helps in our digestion process as well as in making our muscle tone better.
