According to the survey conducted in US, it is believed that candida infects about 89% of the US population.

Basically the treatments related to candida yeast infections are focused on the starving of the yeast from what they feed on. Too much intake of sugar in the patient’s body can lead to the overgrowth of the yeast since it is the primary food for them. Hence doctors recommend eliminating sugar from the patient’s diet plan so that the Candida yeast will starve and die.

On the other hand the diverticulosis is an inflammation of a diverticulum of the bowel. This condition is basically known to be caused due to the lack of fibre or roughage in the diet. Adopting healthy lifestyle and healthy dietary plan can help in decreasing the diverticulosis symptoms.

This health condition in general is diagnosed at a later stage since it is not easy to detect it at initial stages. Bleeding is the most common symptom.

Some of the most commonly known symptoms of diverticulosis includes bloating, cramping after meals, and diarrhea or even constipation.

In some cases the patients also feel abdominal discomfort, pressure, or at times, sharp pain.
