Coffee colonics is another way of calling coffee enema. Coffee colonics is one of the most simple, natural and convenient way to cleanse wastes, toxins and harmful parasites from our body. We don’t need any professionals with us, special appointments or expensive equipment. The materials can cost less than $100, you can do it at home by yourself and all it takes is just 30 minutes to finish a complete coffee colonics.

Why Coffee Colonics Work?

Liver is our primary processor of all the blood in the body. All the blood in the body passes through the blood every 3 minutes. Coffee colonics is able to allow the body to absorb caffeine faster and stimulate the liver to create more biles. This will cleanse more wastes, toxins and even parasites to the small intestines. When the coffee is full in our small intestines, we will have the urge to go to the toilet and let all the wastes, toxins and coffee out from our body.

After doing coffee colonics, I got fantastic results. I can see liquid stools in dark color with horrible smells. Sometimes, I can see some worm shape parasites in the toilet bowl too. Getting results from coffee colonics is really fast and easy.

How To Make A Coffee Colonics?

The first step is always about getting the materials and supplies prepared. Those materials and supplies are easy to get and economical. Second step will be preparing the coffee and finally getting the coffee into the body.

Coffee Colonics Supplies

1. Reusable enema kit
2. Organic coffee which is not decaffeinated
3. Pot
4. A jug which can contain 1.5 litres of water
5. Filtered or purified water

Prepare a coffee colonics

1. Mix 2 teaspoon of coffee with 0.5 litres of water in a pot and boil it.
2. After boiling for 10 minutes, pour it into a jug which contains 1 litre of purified or filtered water.
3. Use your hand to make sure the temperature of the mixture is almost the same temperature of your body. It is important to keep the temperature low to protect your internal organs.

Coffee Colonics Procedures

1. Lay a mat on the floor of the toilet.
2. Pour it into a reusable enema bag and hang it at a door knob or something that is almost the same height.
3. Open the clamp to allow some coffee out from the tube. This step is to make sure no air is in the tube that could potentially cause your stomach uncomfortable.
4. Put on some olive oil, grapefruit oil or any oil that is not highly processed at the end of the tube.
5. Insert the 2 inches of the tube into your anus.
6. Lie down on the mat you prepared and make sure your right side face the ground.
7. Allow the coffee to start going in your body.
8. Hold it for 10 to 15 minutes and let the coffee out in the toilet bowl.

How often do you do a coffee colonics?

If you are having some health problems, it is recommended to do coffee colonics once a day. If you are someone who is very healthy, do it once a week. If you have constipation very often, do coffee colonics 2 to 3 times per week.

Important Things To Take Note

If your body can’t hold the coffee more than 10 minutes, just let it out and don’t force yourself to hold those coffee. My body couldn’t even take in a quarter bag of coffee at the first few times. Don’t worry because your body is just no used to coffee colonics. As times go by, you will be able to hold a bag of coffee.

Always remember to keep the temperature the same as your body temperature or slightly warmer.

If you can’t find the hole to insert the tube in, don’t worry. Take your time and it’s not something you should worry. I manage to insert the tube myself for the first time in less than 5 minutes.

If you can’t get the tube in, don’t force it in. Remember to put some olive oil and push it slowly.

What’s The Best Time To Do Coffee Colonics?

I prefer to do my coffee colonics in the morning. You can do it at night or after work. But please remember to do it after 2 hours of your meal. Some people find it hard to sleep if they do coffee enema in the evening and at night. I’m not sure about you but I can still get to sleep well even I do it at night.

I prefer you consult a doctor before taking actions. I’m someone who benefited from it and share my experience on this website.
