Coffee Enema Dangers?

I just finished doing my coffee enema today and decided to spend sometime to write this article. Even though I’ve been doing it more than a month, my father is still not convinced by this detoxification approach. He has the same reasons for not doing it since the day I learned about coffee enemas.
In this article, I’m going to point out some dangers of this therapy that are pointed out by my father and worried by many individuals who haven’t started.
1. It may lead to caffeine addiction
Many people worry that our body will get used and lead to caffeine addiction. I agree with this statement ONLY IF you are using lots of coffee powder for your therapy and you are doing it everyday. After doing it everyday for a week, you can start doing it once every 2 or 3 days. Once your body became healthier and most of your health problems are solved, you can do coffee enema once a week.
After doing coffee enema more than a month, I’m not addicted to the therapy and I’ve tried not doing it for a week and still feel great. The same theory applies to drinking coffee. You won’t have caffeine addiction unless you are drinking a cup of coffee everyday.
2. Inserting things into the anus might cause harm to your anus
I know professionals who did coffee enema more than 1 time per day for more than 3 years. They never reported such problems or complained about it.
3. Re-used enema kits may carry harmful bacteria that results in infection
This is very true. That’s the reason why cleaning your enema kit after every time after you finished your coffee enemas is so important. Clean the end of tube to make sure no bacteria (or less) is left.
4. Using hot liquid in rectum might cause internal burn
In the Coffee Enema Instructions and coffee enema safety instructions on this site, I mentioned the importance of making sure the temperature of the coffee. If the temperature of the coffee is almost the same as the temperature of your body, it will not cause internal burn. If you follow the guide on this website, you will not prepare coffee that is too hot.
5. Frequent coffee enemas might cause dehydration
Me and my friends never experienced dehydration. I have friends who did coffee enema for months and some did it for years. They never reported or complained about this problem.
6. Caffeine is not suitable for certain people
People who are sensitive to caffeine, pregnant women and children shouldn’t do coffee enema. If they want to do coffee enema, they should consult their therapist or doctor first.
7. Overuse of any therapy that temporarily excite the nerves or stimulate might result in decreased performance of the organs
Individuals (including me and my friends) never faced such problems. Although they’ve been doing coffee enema for months or years, they have normal bowel movement everyday. I have at least 2 eliminations per day even after stopping coffee enema for a week.
8. Lost of friendly bacteria in our body
There’re no scientific proofs that this will happen. If your intestines and colon is full of toxins, wastes and harmful bacteria, it is not an environment for friendly bacteria to live too. Having wastes and toxins cleared from your body might create a better environment for friendly bacteria that help in digestion.
Coffee enema is safe if you follow instruction and do it in the right way.
