This is a kind of cleansing treatment used by doctors for the purpose of detoxification. Nevertheless, the recipe and procedure of the treatment is actually quite simple. With proper guidance from physicians, almost everybody can even do it at home. Below are some necessary materials and equipments.
Before starting enema, we need to prepare some important materials such as below:
Enema bag/bucket. This is the most necessary kit you will need if you wish to do it at home. An enema bag has a special clamp for you to control the flow of coffee into your body. It means that you can stop the flow or infuse again whenever you want instead of infusing non-stop until your stomach bloated. You can get an enema bag in health store or you can even get it on line since there are many companies that sell their products online.
Stainless steel cooking pot or French press pot. The purpose of the pot is for you to boil water and coffee then later filter it. Do not use aluminum as it may prove to be toxic. If you ask me whether a normal coffee maker can be used rather than using a pot, I believe that the result will be the same so coffee maker will also do the trick as well.
Organic coffee. Organic coffee is the main ingredient of coffee enema recipe. It is advised that organic coffee should be used because it provide more efficient result compare to regular coffee. However, one should bear in mind that coffee with milk and other sweetened coffee (those 2 in 1 or 3 in 1 coffees pack especially) should not be used in coffee enema at all because it brings fatal result rather than cleansing.
Distilled water. Water used for coffee enema must be clean and free of chemical ingredients to avoid any harmful chemicals to be absorbed by our body. Chlorine water should be boiled for 10 minutes before using.
Lubricant. Lubricants such as KY jelly or olive oil is needed for lubrication purpose. I will prefer to use olive oil because it is natural and cheaper. It is normally applied to the outer or inner wall of anus in order to minimize friction between rectal wall and the tube inserted. Avoid using petroleum products if possible.
Towel. Towels or any other plastic sheets are essential in absorbing spill out while you conducting the act. It is useful in avoiding mess up of the place.
There may be some other equipment needed for coffee enema but above posted all the basic materials needed for the process.
