Although coffee enemas is safe and easy, there are some safety instructions you need to keep in mind. These mistakes might not cause lots of harm to your body, but it is better to take note on them. If you want to learn very detailed coffee enema instructions on how to do a coffee enema, read Coffee Enema Instructions.

1. Water

The water used to make coffee and prepare coffee enema has to be clean. The water can be filtered water (use good water purifier) or water from reverse osmosis. The thin tissue around you anus allow your body to absorb substances from the coffee faster. If there’re toxins and heavy metals in the body, your body will absorb them too. It might not endanger your health in the short term but will stay in your body.

2. Coffee Powder

Organic coffee is recommended to be used in coffee enema. Organic coffee usually contains more natural substances that will benefit our body and not decaffeinated. If getting organic coffee is a problem to you, it is ok to get other coffee. Just make it doesn’t contain chemical ingredients, not instant coffee that comes in package and it has high quality.

3. Coffee Temperature

Before pouring the coffee into the enema kit, make sure the temperature of the coffee is almost the same as the temperature of your body. Keep it higher than room temperature but around your body temperature. If the coffee is too hot, it might hurt your intestines. Use your hand to touch the coffee and feel the temperature.

4. Tube

Before inserting the tube into your anus, make sure you put some olive oil at the end of the tube. Doing this will make the tube easier to go in and no harm to your anus. Don’t force it in. Take your time even it takes 5 minutes.

5. Timing

Try to do coffee enema in the morning. Some individuals realized that they can’t sleep when they do in during the evening and night. Coffee keeps people awake!

6. Releasing

When the coffee enters your body, when should you release it into the toilet bowl? For the first few times, you might not be able to even hold 0.5 litre of coffee in your body. When you can’t hold any longer, don’t force yourself. Pull out the tube, release it and continue with the rest later. The ideal situation will be holding 1.5 litres of coffee in the body for 10 minutes and release it out. I find myself hard to do that even after doing coffee enemas for a month. Your body is not used to coffee enema, so release it when you feel to.

7. Cleaning

After finishing your coffee enema, make sure you clean your enema kit. It is important to clean the end of the tube to make sure no bacteria could stay there.

These are the steps to coffee enema safety.
