Coffee enima is very different from saline enema. The main difference is due to the caffeine theophylline and theobromine in the coffee. Instead of “flushing” the small intestines with liquid, the coffee will be absorbed quickly into the body and speed up the detoxification.
Benefits of coffee enima
Enema has a history of more than hundred years. It used to be in Egypt, China and other countries. Although coffee can be absorbed quickly through the small intestines, the benefit of coffee enima is very different from drinking coffee. When coffee is introduced into our small intestines, the caffeine will reach liver through hemorrhodial vein and quickly speed up the detoxification.
The enzymes in coffee (palmitates) will help the liver to carry out toxins in bile acid. While bile duct is dilated, more toxins are carried away by the biles to gastro-intestinal tract. When the lower colon is full of coffee, you’ll feel like going to the toilet to evacuate everything. The coffee will then be released with the toxins and bile from the body.

The materials that are required for a successful and complete coffee enema is reusable enema kit, organic coffee or coffee which is not decaffeinated, purified or filtered water, pot to boil coffee and a jug that is able to fill up 1.5 litres of water.

Important notes for coffee enima
There are few things you need to remember. Always make sure the coffee temperature is not higher than 40 degrees. You might feel like releasing all the coffee after a quarter of coffee has entered. Don’t tolerate, release it. That’s common for the first few times. I did coffee enema for at least 20 times and it still takes 2 times for me to get 1.5 litres of coffee in.
Lastly, good luck. When you see parasites, black and liquid stools that smell horrible, congratulations! That’s the toxins and wastes you took out from your body! Coffee enima works!
