In this article, you are going to learn some simple directions of coffee enema.
Coffee enema is a simple, effective and natural cleansing method. It allows the body to clear more built-up wastes, toxins and parasites that could endanger our body. Coffee enema is simple and easy:
Firstly, you need to prepare a reusable enema kit, organic coffee, pot, jug and water. Reusable enema kits or bags are recommended because you need to do coffee enema for 7 times to start seeing significant changes in your health. Use organic coffee that contains more nutrients and natural substances that helps in detoxification. Don’t buy coffee that are decaffeinated. The water which is used got to be filtered and boiled or purified.
After preparing the coffee enema kits and supplies, it’s time to cook the coffee. Mix 0.5 litre of water with 2 teaspoon of coffee powder (some like to add more, but I prefer to keep it less and safe). Boil it in the pot for 10 minutes. After boiling, pour it into a jug that contains 1 litre of water.
Use your hand to test the temperature. Make sure the temperature of the coffee is almost the same as your body temperature. This is to make sure the coffee is not too hot that will hurt your intestines. Pour the coffee into the enema bag you bought. Hang it on a door knob or something that is around that height in your toilet.
Next, release some coffee out to make sure no air is in the tube. Put some olive oil or other kinds of natural plant oil. Insert 2 inches of the tube into your body (remember not to force it in). Lay a mat on the floor and lie down on the floor with your right side facing the ground. Open the clamp to release the coffee.
Try to hold the whole bag of the coffee for 10 minutes. You might have the urge to go to the toilet bowl before you finish half bag of coffee at the first few time. Hold slightly longer until you can’t hold anymore, go to the toilet bowl and release it. Continue with the rest of the coffee.
When you see liquid stools that smell horrible and probably black in color. That’s a success. Do it for 7 straight days and you’ll see a huge difference on your health.

I have a question for you; once you have boiled the water with the coffee and you have added one more liter of water, is it necessary to strain the coffee to remove the grains? Thank you for any help you may provide,
Rafael

According to the proper procedures, you need to strain the coffee. Me and some of my friends skip the process because we find that it requires more work. When the coffee is boiled, the grains are usually stay below the pot. When we pour the coffee into the jug, we just make sure no grains enter the jug. If there’s some grains that have entered, we will just allow it.
