		<description>According to the proper procedures, you need to strain the coffee. Me and some of my friends skip the process because we find that it requires more work. When the coffee is boiled, the grains are usually stay below the pot. When we pour the coffee into the jug, we just make sure no grains enter the jug. If there's some grains that have entered, we will just allow it.</description>
