Once the coffee solution is cold put the towel on the floor and you can slowly pour it into the enema bag or bucket. You can pour it with the help of a strainer. Now loosen the clamp to allow the coffee to run out to the end of the catheter tip and re clamp the enema bag after all the air form the enema tubing is removed.
In order to hang the enema bag at least two feet above the floor you can make use of a coat hanger or door knob or even towel rack. But remember not to hang it too high or else if it is too forceful and the hose may not reach. Basically it should flow gently into the rectum and distal sigmoid colon only.
Now lie down on your back or right side comfortably on the floor and gently insert the catheter. It is recommended to use lubrication such as vaseline or natural body lotion before inserting the tube into the rectum.
