Coffee enema is one of the most natural, fast and simple cleansing methods used to clear wastes, toxins and parasites out of our body. But is coffee enemas safe?
Many people have these questions and this article is here to answer the question. Coffee enema is safe because the ingredients used are natural. If you are using high quality coffee with clean water, your coffee enema procedure will be safe. Besides that, here’re a list of simple instructions that could help you to have a safe and enjoying coffee enema:
1. Coffee Powder
Is the coffee powder you are going to use good enough? Make sure the coffee is not decaffeinated and contain no chemical ingredients. It doesn’t have to be organic. When the coffee enters our body from anus, the body is able to absorb the substances in the coffee very fast. The substances include caffeine, other natural substances included in the coffee and chemical ingredients that the coffee contains as well. So, keep the coffee powder clean and safe.
2. Water
Use purified water or filtered water that has been boiled. It is ok to use reverse osmosis water too. The reason to keep the water clean is the same as the quality of the coffee. The body will absorb whatever that enters the anus quickly. Make sure the water is clean without any chemicals or heavy metal is important.
3. Temperature
Every coffee enema guides I wrote in this website will remind you to keep the temperature of the coffee as low as the temperature of your body. Before entering the coffee into your body, use your hand to touch and feel the temperature. If the coffee is too hot, it will cause harm to your intestines.
4. Tube
When you enter the tube into your anus, you might face some difficulties at the beginning. You might be unable to identify the exact location of the hole or face some difficulties to push the tube in. This won’t usually happen. Even it does, there’s nothing to worry about. Just take your time to find it and move it in slowly. Don’t use force to push it in or else you’ll feel the pain.
5. Releasing
At the first few time of doing coffee enema, your body might not be able to hold 1.5 litre of coffee in the body. You might have the urge to go to the toilet and release everything half way. My advice is “Just release it! Don’t force yourself to tolerate it.” You can always continue with the rest of the coffee after releasing it. If you can’t hold it for more than 10 minutes (which is quite common), release it too.
6. Clean
After doing coffee enema, make sure you clean all your materials especially your enema kit. Clean the bag so you can use it for a long time. Clean the tube too. The tube just entered one of the places that contain the most bacteria. Keep it clean is important.
Keep this safety instructions in mind and coffee enema is safe for you!
