Steps to take a coffee enema –part I

In past few years coffee enemas have gained a lot of popularity all around the world. It is one of the most commonly used enema types. It is basically used to liver detoxification as well as for the improvement of the general health. There are few most important things which are required to conduct this program which are coffee, water, enema bag or bottle, enema tubes, enema nozzle, soap. There are few basic steps involved while taking coffee enema:-
- First of all it is highly recommended to use organic coffee enema since it is considered to be more effective than other types. Its recommended not to take instant coffee brand. Prepare coffee approximately 16 to 32 ounces using clean filtered water.
- Make sure to cool the coffee before you pour it to your enema bag or bottle. Using too hot coffee is risky hence make sure it is just slightly warmer than the room temperature.
- It is better to hang the enema bag or bottle above your toilet which should be approximately 18 to 24 inches. Also keep your towel in hand in case the coffee solution drips.
