How to do coffee enema? (part ii)

List of things required for doing coffee enema are as mentioned below:
One clean enema bag or bucket which is easily available in the market.
Organic coffee especially used for enema purpose. Never use normal coffee used for drinking purpose.
Pure filtered water
Towel, strainer, clean stainless steel vessel for boiling coffee, clean toilet and vaseline of natural body lotion.
Now for doing the coffee enema you need to put 1 quart of clean water in a clean vessel and bring it to boil. After the water starts boiling put two tablespoons of organic coffee. You need to leave it to boil for approximately five minutes and then turn off the stove.
You need to allow the coffee enema solution to cool down to the normal room temperature. It is highly recommended not to use hot solution for this purpose, hence better to check its temperature before pouring it in the enema bag or bucket.
